I wrote this synopsis for my kids and grandkids, awhile back, and just shared it with my siblings and some of my close relatives. Their response has been overwhelming and some have suggested that I shared it with more people.
I am sure other Polynesian Cultures have similar values because our languages and cultures are so closely tied and related. I did not want to infringe or insult them by trying to speak for them, as I know they have a lot of people who can speak with authority about their cultures.
